An LWF Member is someone who has been accepted as a member of the London Women’s Forum by the Board of Directors.

What personal data is collected?
At the point of applying for membership, we may collect the following personal data about you:
- name and job title
- your firm’s name and address
- your work contact information including email address and phone number
If you are a LWF Member, you may have access to a Members area on this website which may be accessible and by use of a secure login (the Members Area). You may choose to share your personal data in the Members Area with other LWF Members and the LWF.
Some of the personal data may be kept in paper files while some will be included in computerised files and electronic databases.
How will this personal data be used by us?
The personal data we hold about you if you are an LWF Member will be used to administer your membership. Your personal data may be used for the following legitimate business purposes by LWF:
- Internal record keeping
- To inform you of LWF news
- To invite you to LWF, member firm and associated third party events
- To track attendance at our events
This list may be updated and supplemented from time to time.
In each case, it will only be used by LWF to the extent necessary.

Who will see my personal data?
LWF will not share your personal data with third parties save for its LWF website administrator/provider, professional advisers and auditors, or as required by applicable laws. These third parties may be located in jurisdictions outside the EU.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure and protect against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data, we have put in place suitable technical and organisational measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

LWF will hold your personal data as long as is necessary for the relevant processing activity in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

How we use cookies
