Making an impact in a virtual world can be particularly challenging for women, even those in senior positions. The desire to be polite and to not talk over others often means that there is seldom a perfect opportunity to make a contribution. When the chance does present itself, how do you land your messages in a meaningful and appropriate way? RADA Business hosted a virtual, interactive workshop for LWF in July to show members how this is done. The feedback was outstanding. One Member commented: “the speaker was brilliant. So engaging and inclusive.
