• your firm’s name and address
• your work contact information including email address and phone number

If you are a LWF Member, you may have access to a Members area on this website which may be accessible and by use of a secure login (the Members Area). You may choose to share your personal data in the Members Area with other LWF Members and the LWF. Some of the personal data may be kept in paper files while some will be included in computerised files and electronic databases. How will this personal data be used by us? The personal data we hold about you if you are an LWF Member will be used to administer your membership. Your personal data may be used for the following legitimate business purposes by LWF:

• To inform you of LWF news
• To invite you to LWF, member firm and associated third party events
• To track attendance at our events

This list may be updated and supplemented from time to time. In each case, it will only be used by LWF to the extent necessary. LWF will not share your personal data with third parties save for its LWF website administrator/provider, professional advisers and auditors, or as required by applicable laws.
