Manuela Pozzi

Managing Director, Investor Client Management at J.P. Morgan

Manuela Pozzi is a Managing Director in the CIB’s Investor Client Management (ICM) team in London where she is responsible for a team of Senior Relationship Managers covering some of the largest Asset Managers clients in EMEA.

Manuela has been an integral part of J.P. Morgan’s Markets’ Sales and Trading operations since joining the firm in 1999 and has spent her entire career at the bank.

Prior to being appointed to her current role, she was Head of ‘Real Money’ Investor Coverage for Southern Europe, leading the coverage strategy and agenda on all Insurance and Asset Manager clients across all products.

She also served as Head of Credit Sales for Southern Europe and CEEMEA and Head of Italy Credit Sales. She also held roles in Structured Products Syndicate and Distribution, High-Yield Sales and Debt Capital Markets.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan.

Manuela is the CIB’s Senior Sponsor for ‘Women On The Move’ London, a member of the EMEA Diversity Council (EDC) where she also Co-Chair the Retention workstream. Manuela also serves on the UK Employee Forum and is actively involved in the Firm’s people agenda.

A native Italian speaker, Manuela is fluent in English, Spanish and German.

Manuela lives in London with her husband and their three children.
