What career advice would you go back and tell 20-year-old you if you could?
Sarah’s advice to her younger self would be to take responsibility for your mistakes but also credit for your triumphs. And don’t panic about getting everywhere tomorrow, time spent learning and developing will be your greatest strength when you get to senior positions.
