Head of Enterprise Change, Schroders
Karen joined Schroders in 2014, driving the delivery of large, complex programmes. In 2017 she became the Head of Enterprise Change, a function built to deliver global programmes and provide portfolio planning and governance across all the Groups change activity.
She is passionate about of equality and environment, having run networking events, mentoring programmes and been a member of the Groups employee forum.
Karen has 17 years’ experience in the financial sector. Prior to her role at Schroders she was a Programme Manager at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, delivering changes and integrations in operating models, systems, data and process.
Karen started career in the public sector, spending 5 years working with UK and European bodies to develop and deliver strategy, evolve environmental issues and complete engineering schemes.
She has a BSc in Management Science from the University of Northampton and an MSc in Transport & Planning from Westminster University.
Karen lives in South East London, with her husband son and daughter. She loves travel, film and to develop property.
