Executive Director, EMEA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), JP Morgan
Helen Tabeshfar is an Executive Director in the EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team of JPMorgan Chase.
In her current role, Helen’s remit covers the DEI strategy across 34 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working with the EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council in the region comprised of key business heads, she has driven the implementation of several interventions specifically aimed at attracting, developing and retaining talent from minority backgrounds (particularly women and people with disabilities).
Helen has been at JPMorgan Chase for 14 years working predominantly in the program management space on a variety of programs including regulatory, cyber and those with global reach. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Helen worked for other financial/IT service delivery institutions.
Helen is also a member of the Women in Finance Charter board, representing Global/Investment Banks.
Helen has a BSc (Hons) in Zoology (Marine and Fisheries Biology) from the University of Aberdeen. In her spare time, Helen runs and spends as much time as possible with her young family at their home in Dorset.
